Job Description:
- Prepare payroll data, timekeeping reports, and perform data entry.
- Distribute benefit materials.
- Coordinate projects and meetings with the payroll company.
- Resolve employee payroll issues.
- Set up new vendors and drivers in the software system.
- Process vendor payments.
- Perform various GL account reconciliations
- Prepare liability insurance audits and year-end reconciliations.
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and responsible team player.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Quick Books.
- Quick learner who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
