Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Support accounts payable activities to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Execute month-end close activities and prepare necessary journal entries.
- Maintain prepaid expense and fixed asset schedules with accurate documentation.
- Ensure proper coding of transactions across accounts and departments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Net Suite for accounting tasks.
- Apply knowledge of inventory accounting and GAAP principles in daily operations.
- Manage compliance relationships and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Handle multi-state sales tax processes accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with the CFO and VP of Finance on financial matters.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Possess a background in manufacturing or related industries.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
