Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting tasks.
- Maintain vendor and customer data, including ACH setup and record tracking.
- Support the monthly close process and assist in preparing financial statements.
- Help coordinate inventory reconciliations and manage fixed asset records.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Show experience working in ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or similar platforms.
- Assist with tax filings and compliance, including sales and property taxes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during reviews and audits.
- Contribute to process improvements and help streamline manual workflows.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or possess equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting, including A/P and A/R.
- Understand accounting practices in inventory or manufacturing environments.
- Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively and work independently to meet deadlines.
