A well-established real estate management firm is seeking a Property Accountant to support a growing portfolio in the senior housing space. This direct-hire opportunity involves full-cycle GL accountability for a property portfolio, monthly financial statement preparation and variance analysis, along with cash monitoring and compliance reporting. Ideal candidates will have 3-5+ years of experience in property management accounting, strong Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

CPA or MBA preferred.
