We are partnered with a national advisory CPA firm operating under an entrepreneurial model. Their professionals embed directly within Fortune 1000 and other large corporations to lead high-impact financial initiatives of strategic significance.
This is not a move into corporate accounting.
This is not a traditional audit track.
This is a client-facing advisory platform built for ambitious public accounting professionals who want broader exposure, deeper technical complexity, and accelerated growth.
In this role, you will apply your strong foundation in U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting research while working directly with executive leadership teams inside large organizations on initiatives such as:
- IPO readiness and public company preparation (including SEC reporting exposure)
- M&A transactions, purchase accounting, and post-deal integration
- Carve-outs and spin-offs
- Technical GAAP accounting analysis and implementation
- Financial statement preparation and complex reporting matters
- Accounting policy development and documentation
- Strategic finance and accounting transformation projects
You will leverage your Big 4 audit or advisory background to provide hands‑on accounting advisory services, working inside client environments rather than performing traditional recurring audit procedures.
This opportunity is designed for CPAs who want to expand beyond repetitive audit cycles and deepen their exposure to transaction-driven and strategic accounting initiatives.

MUST have current or recent Big 4 accounting experience
- 3–6 years total public accounting experience
- Minimum of 3 busy seasons completed
- Strong progression in title and responsibility
- CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing completion)
- Experience with financial reporting and technical accounting research
- Exposure to transaction advisory, accounting advisory, or complex audit engagements preferred
- Must reside within 20 miles of the Denver office
No government or non-profit accounting backgrounds.
CompensationCompetitive total compensation typically ranges from the low $100
Ks into the $150
Ks+ depending on experience and level.
The model includes a strong base salary plus performance-driven upside in an entrepreneurial environment.
