Job Responsibilities:
- Support month end close activities by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and related schedules.
- Manage accruals, prepaid expenses, and general ledger activity to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with reporting and respond to ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to system related projects, including updates, testing, and process improvements.
- Help document procedures and support operational transitions by maintaining continuity across teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- A strong understanding of month end close and general ledger processes.
- Previous experience creating documentation and supporting process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and evolving environment.
- Prior experience working with enterprise accounting systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Adaptable approach with the ability to support team transitions and changing priorities.
