Responsibilities- Supporting transactional velocity and accuracy in accounting functions
- Accurately perform periodic accounting tasks on the appropriate timelines
- Support QBO environment by completing bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and all other period close activities accurately and on time
- Perform Daily Master Tax processing (PTS upload, generating daily payment files, etc)
- Perform timely & accurate remittance of all Partners PEO and client tax liabilities
- Research & resolve variances in support of period close and continuous improvement activities
- Remittance of WC liabilities and related reporting
- Updating and maintaining monthly work papers in accordance with closing schedule
- Analysis of vendor invoices for client billing
- Entry of both short‑term (Bill Pending) and long‑term (Billing Rules) client billing items
- Maintenance of accounting tools (SOPs, Job Aids, Forms, Notes, Training Materials)
- 100% accurate and timely completion of taskings
- Appropriate remittance of tax liabilities
- No impactful tax notices resulting from error
- No tax penalties resulting from error
- 100% accurate and timely billing of client items
- 100% accurate and timely delivery of variance analysis
- 100% accurate and timely correction of Prism caused variances
- Strong collaborative relationship with the CSC
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a professional accounting role
- Proficiency using QBO
- Problem solving skills and highly analytical
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Desire to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work well in a cross‑functional team environment
this is a full-time, in-office position
Compensation$28-35/hr + benefits
