Position:
Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Pay: 24.25–27.88/hr (DOE)

Schedule:

3 ten‑hour overnight shifts per week. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

• Reconcile guest folios with 100% accuracy.
• Process credit cards and rate builder financials.
• Solve accounting mysteries without a cape.
• Run overnight front desk and reservations.
• Handle guest needs with kindness and calm.
• Perform security rounds to keep the property safe.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for a seamless sunrise.
• Generate daily reports for management.
• Follow all accounting procedures.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• Ability to thrive overnight.
• Mathematical skills for financial reconciliation.
• Comfort lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for eight hours.
• Comfort working solo during overnight hours.
• Cool head in emergencies.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

• One or more years of night audit experience in hospitality.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business.
• Six months or more in accounting, auditing, or night operations.
• Experience with property management systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Certification in accounting principles.
