Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our client in this exciting role in Englewood, CO. In this position, you will serve as the right hand to the Controller and a business partner with sales, operations, and other departments. Apply today!

The annual salary range is $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, health benefits, dental, vision, life and short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), and more.

This is an ONSITE position, Monday-Friday in Englewood, CO.

• Managing General Ledger and reconciliation processes.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Managing the sales tax process and ensuring timely filing.
• Tracking fixed assets and depreciation.
• Ensuring monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with credit card posting.
• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger and account balances.
• Posting and accruing payroll journal entries weekly.
• Managing accrued expenses and prepaids.
• Handling property tax accruals.
• Reconciling clearing accounts and credit card clearing accounts.
• Performing intercompany reconciliation.
• Conducting Balance Sheet reconciliation.
• Assisting with WIP reporting and job costing processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant full cycle accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Sage, Avalara, SAP or Netsuite, preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines.
