Accountant Controller

Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant Controller to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

• Oversee Accounting Staff
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with general ledger reconciliation and journal entries
• Utilize accounting software to record and analyze financial data
• Provide support for audits and other financial examinations

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in using Quick Books Enterprise accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry

Salesforce experience not required but preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 depending on Experience

Expected hours: 40 per week.
