What You’ll Do

As a trusted accounting partner, you will:

  • Lead month-end close for assigned properties and entities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Analyze financial results and deliver variance/flux analysis with clear insights
  • Support audit processes, including schedules and documentation
  • Partner with leadership to enhance internal controls and reporting processes
  • Contribute to multi-entity reporting, consolidations, and portfolio analysis
  • Collaborate across teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in property or real estate accounting
  • Background in commercial real estate, REITs, or investment management strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and close processes
  • Experience with variance analysis, audits, and internal controls
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Yardi (preferred)
