Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process invoices accurately using Avid, MRI, and related systems

• Manage check runs and ensure timely vendor payments

• Reconcile credit card statements and allocate expenses correctly

• Handle intercompany AP coding and invoice processing

• Support utility billing and upload invoices into Avid

• Provide backup support for front desk and mail distribution

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable Specialist experience

• Proficiency in Avid, MRI, or similar financial systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume processing

• Experience with real estate or property management accounting preferred
