You can learn more about our Company, Culture and Values here:  are looking for a Manager of Revenue Accounting to join a team our team of highly talented revenue accountants.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall revenue accounting process, including the revenue accounting month-end close process, revenue recognition (ASC 606) accounting conclusions based on business operations, and ad hoc revenue accounting related projects for a subset of Ever Commerce's software solutions.  

This is a highly visible role and an excellent opportunity to work with senior management.

** Responsibilities:
*** Business acquisitions - Onboard acquired companies to US GAAP revenue recognition
* Implement and maintain the Company’s revenue recognition policies identifying operational expedients where possible
* Manage 1 direct report with opportunity to grow team through acquisition of additional businesses
* Assist Ever Commerce team in implementation of best-in-class billing and revenue recognition systems, consolidating current systems where deemed necessary
* Maintain data integrity of revenue and billings for yearly financial statement audit
* Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue schedules for our accounting close process, including SoX controls
* Additional ad-hoc projects as needed
** Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

* Required:

* 4-5+ years of accounting experience
* BS/BA degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
* 1-3 years of public accounting experience with strong revenue recognition acumen
* Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes
* Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail, writing and communication skills
* Strong interest in learning and developing additional skills and expertise in multiple areas of operational and technical accounting
