What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Support Specialist, you will be the engine behind our daily financial operations. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Financial Operations: Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing.
  • Daily Reconciliation: Verify and close out daily reservations and reconcile driver payroll.
  • Data Integrity: Handle data entry within our accounting systems and assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
  • Customer Excellence: Provide top-tier service through daily interactions with clients and internal team members.

    40 hours per week, M-F.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Either entry-level with an Accounting degree OR 2+ years of experience in an accounting, finance, or professional office environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Above-average proficiency with technology, including MS Office, Google Suite, and Mac products.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-Starter: High-level organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively in a high-volume setting.
