Our client, a dynamic organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join their team. As an Accounts Payable specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Accounts Payable
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Denver, CO office optional)
Pay Range: $30
Shift: Hybrid of Remote
What’s the Job?- Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Maintain organized records of all financial documents
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month‑end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Experience with Quick Books Desktop (not Online)
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations independently
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
