Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work. This role is critical to the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting and will serve as a leader across our accounting functions.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing execution with leadership. You will play a key role in strengthening processes, supporting business decisions, and developing the accounting team.

• Own and manage the full month‑end close and financial reporting cycle
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting and monitoring liquidity
• Oversee sales tax compliance and reporting, including Avalara
• Manage 1099 processing and year‑end compliance requirements
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and supporting schedules
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) the following areas:
  • Junior/Staff Accountant
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
• Provide coaching, support, and development to team members
• Drive accountability, performance, and consistency across the accounting function

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong ownership of the full month‑end close process
• Experience with Quick Books
• Experience with sales tax (required) and Avalara (preferred)
• Experience managing cash flow and financial reporting
• Experience with 1099 processing
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
