Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a growing, well-established organization in the Denver area to identify a Senior Accountant to join their team. • Own and support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to leadership
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with teams including operations, FP&A, and leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Assist with external audits and coordinate requests with auditors
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
• Mentor or support junior accounting staff as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting or industry)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes
• Experience managing month-end close and reconciliations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred
• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 – $105,000 annually
, depending on experience, skill set, and overall qualifications.
