In this role, you will support the accounting team by managing invoicing, accounts payable processes, expense reporting, and financial record‑keeping while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience required.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience using Concur software.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or print industry accounting.
• Experience supporting audits or financial reporting processes.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and best practices.

Compensation: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule:

Full‑Time | Monday – Friday | Standard business hours
