This is an in‑person position available at our Denver (80238) and Indianapolis (46250) offices.

Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a key role in managing our financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This entry‑level role involves handling inbound and outbound communications related to vendor and customer invoicing, managing bulk invoicing processes, and maintaining provider records. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all vendor information is up‑to‑date.

The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in accounts payable and vendor management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and reviewing vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reconciling accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes related to vendor and customer invoicing inquiries
  • Performing bulk invoicing processes for vendors, including check runs
  • Updating and maintaining accurate provider records, including services and pricing
  • Communicating with vendors to address issues, request documentation, and update records as needed
  • Supporting provider management tasks to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records
  • Other tasks as assigned

Pay

$19 – $22 hourly. Pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage.
