SEC Financial Reporting Manager / Manager of Technical Accounting, and Consolidations

We are a growing publicly traded company seeking an experienced accountant for external SEC financial reporting and technical accounting research.

• Coordinate and manage the company’s SEC financial reporting, including preparation of the 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, earnings press releases, GAAP research, and key performance metrics analysis.
• Assist with financial planning and analysis, internal financial reporting, coordination of external audit, and Sarbanes‑Oxley documentation.
• Supervise the accounting staff, prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures, compliance reporting, month‑end close, and ad‑hoc reporting & analysis.
• Responsible for equity accounting, shareholder equity reporting, and ASC 718 entries.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external audits.
• Conduct complex accounting research and projects.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience, at least 2 in public accounting.
• Public accounting experience in audit, strong GAAP knowledge, financial statement consolidation, accounting for joint ventures, and due diligence.
• Strong general ledger month‑end close experience for multiple locations.
• Experience setting and maintaining internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Compensation range up to $155,000 base, bonus, equity potential, and comprehensive benefits.
