Advisory Manager

We're partnering with a globally recognized accounting and advisory firm to find an experienced Advisory Manager for their expanding practice. The work sits at the crossroads of deals, regulation, and technical accounting; think M&A support, IPOs, capital markets transactions, and the kind of complex reporting questions that don't have easy answers. What you'll be doing

You'll lead advisory engagements end-to-end, working directly with senior client stakeholders across listed and private companies. Day to day that means:

• Providing accounting support on M&A deals, both buy and sell-side
• Advising on IPOs and other capital markets activity
• Reviewing SEC filings and advising on external financial reporting
• Solving complex technical accounting problems under US GAAP
• Managing audit-related advisory work
• Leading project teams, reviewing output, and developing junior staff
• Building lasting relationships with clients who see you as a trusted advisor

What we're looking for

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Solid background in advisory, audit, or transaction services at a large firm
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Hands-on exposure to M&A, IPOs, or technically complex accounting work
• Experience managing both teams and multiple client engagements at once
• Someone who communicates clearly and is comfortable in senior client settings
