Cost Controls Analyst

This Opportunity
The Cost Controls Analyst supports the Project Controls team. This role can be based in Denver, CO;
Houston, TX; or Kansas City, MO.

• Identify work scope, technical sequencing, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Communicate with various project teams and internal work groups.
• Prepare cost performance and cash flow projections utilizing budget.
• Manage changes and keep teams aware of changes to the budget.
• Update individual tasks and Project Performance Indicators as indicated on progress updates.
• Review and report on project accruals and expenditures.
• Assist with project closeout.

• BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience supporting a high volume of projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expected Salary (all locations): $89,000–$120,000
