Lead Payroll Analyst

How you will make a difference

As the Lead Payroll Analyst, you'll have a tremendously impactful day‑to‑day role executing the critical function of payroll and accounting for the Company. You will also lead refinement of payroll and financial reporting processes to support a high‑growth company expanding internationally.

• Execute global payroll operational duties
• Work cross‑functionally to design scalable, efficient processes with emphasis on automation and risk mitigation
• Be responsible for the payroll systems and optimize configurations to maximize scalability and employee experience
• Process full‑cycle payroll operations for all domestic and international employees
• Contribute to the improvement of current operating procedures to reflect best‑in‑class practices
• Perform payroll reconciliations, month‑end close and related journal entries
• Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and accounting for all payroll transactions including audit support
• Address payroll‑function related queries
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely filings
• Enforce compensation policies regarding approval guidelines and documentation

• Payroll operational experience at a high‑growth company
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other widely adopted HRIS solutions (equity platforms a plus) including system implementation and design
• Meticulous attention to detail
• A keen focus on scale, end‑to‑end automation and evolving processes for scale and efficiency; AI familiarity
• Stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)

• Base salary range: $92,000 – $150,000 (depending on location and experience)
