We’re Hiring:
Senior Accountant
Denver, CO
$100K–$120K base
We’re partnering with a Denver‑based organization seeking a Senior Accountant who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and working closely with cross‑functional teams.

- Lead components of the monthly & quarterly close
- Support 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings (tie‑outs, schedules, disclosures)
- Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition across subscription revenue streams
- Partner with FP&A, content, and engineering teams
- Analyze content costs & capitalization
- Strengthen internal controls + SOX compliance
- Senior Accountant will perform technical accounting research & documentation
- Support AP processes as needed
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in public accounting & industry
- Strong U.S. GAAP & close processes
- Exposure to SEC reporting is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
