Accounting Manager

Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting operations, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and support audit and compliance initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a preference for public accounting and/or healthcare industry exposure
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and operate effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a focus on long-term career growth
