• Handle all aspects of Joint Interest Billing (JIB), ensuring timely and accurate billings for joint ventures.
• Manage financial data related to partner billings, expense allocations, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate closely with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Input and maintain accurate AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) data into the accounting system.
• Conduct cost allocations and participate in monthly financial close activities.
• Analyze and ensure accuracy in tax-related functions, including sales tax and other financial compliance tasks.

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Proficiency in oil and gas accounting processes, especially JIB accounting.
• Experience with accounting software relevant to the industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
