Billing Operations Specialist

Ever Pass is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Specialist to support our growing business by managing customer billing, order processing, subscription administration, and revenue operations within Net Suite.

This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately entered, subscriptions are properly configured, invoices are generated correctly, and billing records remain accurate throughout the customer lifecycle. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales, this individual will play a key role in maintaining billing accuracy and supporting operational excellence as Ever Pass continues to scale.

The ideal candidate has experience working within Net Suite, enjoys process-oriented work, possesses a strong accounting foundation, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.

• Process customer orders, subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, credits, and billing adjustments within Net Suite
• Review customer agreements to ensure billing accurately reflects pricing, contract terms, promotions, and subscription packages
• Generate invoices and validate billing accuracy prior to customer distribution
• Maintain customer billing records and subscription data

• Enter customer orders and billing transactions into Net Suite
• Assist with system testing related to billing enhancements
• Help improve billing workflows and operational efficiency

• Partner with Revenue Operations and Customer Success to resolve billing questions
• Process refunds and credits
• Support month-end billing activities
• Assist with billing reconciliations and reporting

• Reconcile billing transactions
• Support month-end close activities
• Assist Finance with audit requests
  
  Ensure compliance with accounting policies

• Identify opportunities to automate manual billing processes
• Develop documentation and standard operating procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Accounting Operations
• 2+ years of Net Suite experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Subscription business experience
• SaaS or technology company experience
• Experience with recurring billing
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles

Expected Compensation:
The anticipated base hourly wage range for a new hire into this position is $65,000 - $85,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. Ever Pass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment while determining the salary level for potential new employees.

Ever Pass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when Ever Pass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
