Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Tax Manager for a prominent real estate company in the Denver area. The role offers a Hybrid work arrangement and requires strong technical tax knowledge for Federal & State returns, REIT compliance, quarterly estimates, extensions, and investor reporting.
Five+ years in public accounting and a CPA license are highly desired. You will supervise staff, engage with senior management on audits and tax issues, and ensure SOX compliance with accurate work papers.
