Our client, a growing SaaS company located in Downtown Denver, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. This Accounts Receivable Specialist role is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking for a flexible, part-time schedule while supporting a fast-paced and collaborative technology company.
This Accounts Receivable Specialist position follows a hybrid schedule, with employees working in the office two days per week and remotely the remaining days.
Accounts Receivable Specialist ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process approximately 50–60 customer invoices per month
Apply customer payments and manage cash applications in Net Suite (10–20 payments per week)
Monitor customer accounts and perform account reconciliations
Manage collections by sending customer follow-up emails and resolving outstanding balances
Support time and materials billing using Projector software
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records within Net Suite
Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and account analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
2+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience
Experience with Net Suite preferred
Familiarity with time and materials billing is a plus
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
