- Prepare and review sales and use tax returns
, ensuring timely and accurate filings - Manage the timely filing of all assigned tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare and analyze monthly use tax accruals
, including related journal entries - Perform monthly tax account reconciliations and investigate variances
- Assist with process improvements
, automation initiatives, and system enhancements - Support tax audits by gathering documentation and preparing responses
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required (
Accounting preferred
) - Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex account reconciliations
- Minimum 2+ years of sales and use tax, indirect tax, or accounting experience
- Experience with tax automation tools or ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
