This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting fundamentals who enjoys balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
• Produce and analyze financial reports
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Leverage Excel to analyze data and improve reporting efficiency

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, Oracle, or Sage
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
