We are partnering with a growing Denver organization that needs an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team ASAP. They aren't looking for someone who needs months to ramp up. They want a sharp, dependable AR professional who can step in, learn the business quickly, and take real ownership of the receivables process.

• Own day to day accounts receivable activity and maintain accurate customer accounts
• Apply and reconcile incoming payments across multiple payment methods
• Generate invoices and ensure accurate, timely customer billing
• Monitor aging and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables
• Research discrepancies, unapplied cash, short payments, and account issues
• Perform account reconciliations and support month end close
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing and payment questions
• Maintain clean and accurate AR data across Net Suite and Quick Books
• Identify opportunities to improve collections, reporting, and AR processes

• At least two years of accounts receivable, billing, cash application, or related accounting experience
• Hands on Net Suite experience required
• Hands on Quick Books experience required
• Strong understanding of the complete accounts receivable cycle
• Experience with reconciliations, aging reports, collections, and cash application
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies quickly
• Confident communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders
• Reliable, organized, and ready to hit the ground running

Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour

Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday through Friday
