Summary
Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant performs and reviews accounting entry tasks as well as provides general accounting functions for the accounting department. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for handling complex and high-volume transactions to a high standard of detail and accuracy.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or related associate's degree with minimum of two years of experience. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Proficient ability working in and utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of software required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk or hear and use hands to handle, or touch objects or controls. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
This role is based in Denver, CO with attendance in the office expected 3 days a week with 2 days remote. Additional flexibility to be remote will be considered based on job performance. Occasional travel to corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, WI may be necessary with emphasis on travel for impact.
