We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations in Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate financial records, and communicate effectively across teams. The successful candidate will bring strong bookkeeping expertise, sound judgment, and hands-on experience with core accounting and payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete bookkeeping cycle, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Handle vendor payments and customer billing activities, including monitoring outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries to maintain reliable and current financial records.
• Administer payroll processing on a bi-weekly schedule while supporting compliance with applicable policies and deadlines.
• Lead month-end close activities and prepare supporting documentation for financial review.
• Maintain fixed asset records and develop depreciation schedules to support accurate reporting.
• Prepare trial balance information and assist with the production of core accounting reports.
• Provide guidance to accounting support staff, including entry-level bookkeepers or clerical team members, as needed.
