Accountant Opportunity

Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in Loveland on an Accountant opening. The accountant will report to the Controller of this growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general accounting, payroll processing, and financial reporting, along with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative finance team in a dynamic corporate environment.

• Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll, including benefits deductions and payroll tax filings
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, as needed
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Collaborate with HR on payroll-related matters and benefit reconciliations
• Analyze variances and trends to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
