What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage UHNW individual and family office engagements, including multi‑entity structures and advanced tax strategies
• Mentor and develop a small, high‑performing team, elevating both technical and client‑service capabilities
• Partner directly with clients on tax planning, wealth strategies, and financial advisory opportunities beyond compliance
• Review and oversee sophisticated tax filings, delivering accuracy, insight, and proactive recommendations
• Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements, technology adoption, and strategic growth initiatives
• Engage in advisory work that spans tax, financial planning, and long‑term wealth strategy
