Brite Nites, INC is hiring a seasonal Accounts Payable Specialist to manage contract-vendor payments from our Salt Lake City office, reporting to the Senior Accountant. This is a full-time hourly role running September 2026 through January 2027.
You will onboard contractors and vendors via Docu Sign, verify tax forms and direct-deposit info, record AP transactions, monitor time-tracking, and verify hours to calculate payments. Strong Excel and experience with Deputy or are valued.
