Accounts Payable Clerk

We're partnering with a respected nonprofit organization seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations and manage the full accounts payable process. What You'll Do:

+  Process accounts payable transactions with a high degree of accuracy

+ Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and domestic/international wire transfers

+ Maintain vendor records and verify banking information

+ Coordinate payment schedules and resolve vendor inquiries

+ Support accounting operations and assist with additional accounting activities as needed

+ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Requirements

+ 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

+ Experience processing checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
