.

The Commercial Real Estate practice offers exposure to complex, high-profile engagements and a collaborative environment where you can build both your technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead and manage client engagements from planning through completion
• Review and oversee financial statements, footnotes, work papers, management letters, and other assurance engagements
• Analyze complex client transactions and develop practical solutions
• Work directly with clients and become a trusted advisor
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Identify opportunities to improve client operations and deliver greater value
• Build your leadership profile within a growing national platform

• An experienced public accounting professional who brings:
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA license
• Strong audit and assurance expertise
• Knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS and PCAOB standards
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is required.

The firm operates in a hybrid environment
, with professionals generally collaborating in the office approximately 3 days per week
, depending on team needs.
