What You'll Do:

Support day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Assist with monthly close and account reconciliations. Help process invoices, payments, and employee expenses. Support project accounting and job cost tracking. Assist with billing, collections, and maintaining accurate project financial information. Prepare and maintain accounting reports and schedules.
Help identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Support year-end close, audits, and other financial reporting needs. Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation. Work with project and operations teams to help answer accounting and financial questions. Identify ways to make accounting processes more efficient and effective.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1+ year of accounting experience; experience in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions
