We're partnering with a respected nonprofit organization seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations and manage the full accounts payable process. What You'll Do:

• Process accounts payable transactions with a high degree of accuracy
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and domestic/international wire transfers
• Maintain vendor records and verify banking information
• Coordinate payment schedules and resolve vendor inquiries
• Support accounting operations and assist with additional accounting activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
