Billing Director

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Billing Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $190,000 per year.

• Lead billing and accounts receivable operations by overseeing invoicing collections cash application and customer account activities.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve billing accuracy cash flow performance and operational efficiency.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting processes to monitor billing results collections effectiveness and service levels.
• Partner with finance operations customer support and technology teams to enhance revenue related processes and systems.
• Lead and develop billing professionals while driving process improvements across global operations.

• A Bachelor degree or possess equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in billing revenue operations accounts receivable leadership or related financial functions.
• Demonstrate strong experience managing high volume billing operations and order to cash processes.
• Possess hands on experience with enterprise resource planning systems including Net Suite.
• Maintain experience leading teams within complex multi entity and growth focused business environments.

• Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to improve billing performance and operational effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with executives business leaders customers and cross functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities through team development coaching and management of organizational initiatives.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while overseeing reporting controls and financial processes.
• Bring experience with subscription billing platforms customer relationship management integrations international billing environments or automation tools considered beneficial.
