Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $160,000 to $180,000 per year.

Lead accounting operations by overseeing financial reporting, general ledger activities, and month end close processes.

Manage customer billing activities and monitor revenue related transactions to ensure accurate financial records.

Analyze costs, profitability, inventory activity, and operational performance to support business decision making.

Partner with operations, supply chain, and other departments to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy.

Develop accounting procedures, internal controls, and process improvements that strengthen efficiency and compliance.

Demonstrate proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems and financial management software.

Possess experience with financial statement preparation, audits, internal controls, and business reporting.

• A Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
