Staff Accountant

We're a small, well-capitalized manufacturer near Denver, part of a larger platform of companies, looking for a Staff Accountant who wants more than a seat on a big team. This is a full-cycle accounting role with direct, daily exposure to finance leadership and real ownership from day one.

Handle full-cycle general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and support month-end close. You'll work closely with a hands-on Manager who is building this role as a development seat, with room to grow into greater responsibility as you prove yourself.

A motivated, detail-oriented accounting professional, new accounting grads (with internship experience) and Big 4/regional public accounting backgrounds are both a great fit. What matters most is drive, curiosity, and the business acumen to understand how accounting connects to the rest of the operation, not just years on a resume.

It's a lean office (finance, sales, and ops under one roof), so you'll see how the whole business runs, not just your corner of it. Backed by a larger platform company, so you get real stability and resources without losing the small-company feel and visibility.

$65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401K with match, and generous paid time off.

On-site 3 days per week, with some flexibility.
