Tru Stile Doors LLC in Henderson, CO is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our growing manufacturing operations. This role handles general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. You will focus on inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing variances, providing accurate, timely financial information to operations and leadership. Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger for manufacturing operations.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes and assist with financial statements.
• Maintain and analyze inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing variances.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and finance teams to improve processes.
