Carter Mackenzie is partnered with a Denver-based Technology firm that needs an experienced accountant to join their corporate accounting team. This firm is a leader in their space with steady revenue growth. They have a very cohesive team that works smart.
What you will be doing:- Duties will include the full spectrum of finance and accounting responsibilities for international entities.
- Will coordinate financial reporting from foreign entities and ensure that they are consistent with US GAAP and company policy.
- Ensure accuracy of financial reporting through the use of audit procedures.
- Will serve as the primary finance interface between corporate staff and foreign locations.
- Develop reports and automated interfaces to keep management informed on the financial status of entities.
- Preparation of journal entries to record results in a consolidated group.
- BS in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience
- Public accounting and CPA preferred
- Ability to go into the office 4 days a week
