Director of Finance

Med Best’s services have been retained by a well-established senior living community in the Denver Metro area to find their next Director of Finance. This is a key leadership role; you will work collaboratively with the Executive Director and have one direct report.

The organization is financially stable, with healthy reserves, strong receivables, and no significant collection issues. The opportunity is to build on that stability by bringing greater consistency to month-end close and financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong property accounting experience with hands-on Director-level responsibilities
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
• A present, engaged self-starter who owns deadlines and works well with different personalities

• Senior living experience
• CPA licensure
