Senior Assurance Associate

A leading national professional services and business advisory firm is expanding its Denver team and is looking for an experienced Assurance Senior Associate to join its highly respected Commercial Real Estate practice.

As an Assurance Senior Associate, you’ll take on meaningful responsibility across the full engagement lifecycle, including:

• Serve as an engagement lead on select client accounts
• Own pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans, budgets, and schedules
• Participate in proposals and business development initiatives
• Lead and develop teams of staff associates and interns
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive client management
• Take ownership of delivering high-quality work while continuing to expand your technical and leadership skills

The ideal candidate brings:

• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with audit platforms such as Case Ware or Pro System FX
• A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset

This is a hybrid opportunity in Denver
, with the team generally collaborating in the office approximately 3 days per week
, depending on business and team needs.
