Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Maintain and update company records, including client information, contracts, and invoices
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for team members and maintain their calendars
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
