What Will You Be Doing?The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting the training and development of team members with a strong focus on the onboarding process, as well as providing continued administrative support for all related employee groups (e.g., Corporate, Flight Attendants, Pilots, etc.) and teams post onboarding. The Coordinator creates a welcoming first impression for new hires and ensures all new hire paperwork is accurately completed and submitted.
This role also supports the badging program for Frontier employees.
On-Boarding Responsibilities 40% of Duties:
- Instruct and assist new hires/rehires in completing onboarding paperwork, ensuring all required documents are collected.
- Input new team members into the HRIS (UKG) system accurately.
- Complete E-Verify for new employees via the USCIS web portal.
- Update UKG Onboarding to maintain an up-to-date document library and explore process improvements for efficiency.
Administrative and Badging Responsibilities 40% of Duties:
- Provide administrative support for HR services and processes across the full employee lifecycle.
- Enter data for new hires, rehires, and terminations in UKG.
- Maintain the badging program and online employee filing system.
- Capture badge photos and issue employee/company IDs for new hires, contractors, transfers, promotions, retirees, and replacements.
- Provide oversight and audit documentation for the badge program; document losses not to exceed 5%.
- Approve employee personal information changes in UKG (e.g., name, address, contact information).
- Update passport information as needed for renewals and travel privileges.
- Assist with other employee data changes as needed.
- May assist in maintaining the department’s intranet and serve as a point of contact for HR resources.
Other Functions
- Backup for Front Desk Administrator; place department supply orders and maintain organization of supplies.
- Distribute HR mail and maintain HR storage closets.
- Assist in staffing the reception area.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; in lieu of degree, additional work experience acceptable.
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience in administrative roles in a corporate setting is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (UKG) in an onboarding capacity preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization, including managers, senior leadership, and C-Suite.
- Self-starter and highly motivated, creative problem solver with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Advanced PC skills, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage a large group of employees.

Work Environment- Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled.
